A. You can select among the following formats to create a variety of printable products:
A. You have two main options for mailing your cards:
Shipments are made Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not included with our shipping services. For example, an overnight package sent out on Friday, will arrive on Monday. A. Yes, you can create and personalize the text of your card. Each design provides several layouts with many areas for text. You do not need to use all of the areas but if you do, all personalization is included in the cost of the card. A. Yes. We offer a selection of attractive fonts and ink colors for the inside of your card. A. We offer: • A wide selection of card designs - from classic to contemporary. • The ability to insert multiple photographs and personalized text inside and on the front and back of your cards. • Different fonts, font sizes and ink colors to personalize the look of your text on your card. A. Absolutely. You can upload your own photos that you've saved in a digital JPEG file to create your own cards, invitations, postcards, or announcements. A. As part of our web-based personalization tools, we offer an array of attractive designs and layouts that you can use to design your piece. Also, before you upload your image, we allow you to preview it to check the print resolution and placement, as well as experiment with different layouts, photos, and text. A. Your file must be in JPEG format, and be less than 4 megabytes in file size. For additional details, please see Image Specifications. A. First, see our Image Specifications. Once you have the JPEG file on your computer, just follow the directions during card personalization to upload the photo, and place the photo into the card layout. A. Pay close attention to the image of the card as you personalize it. Use our photo tools to rotate, crop, and apply special effects to your photo. The cropping tool helps you ensure your photo will fit to either a landscape or portrait orientation. A. We will always do everything possible to ensure the highest quality product, however slight variations in printing are unavoidable. A custom card created with a photo image will not look the same as a photographic print due to differences in the processes of printing and of photo development. When using a photo, you need to start with a clear, high contrast photo. A. We provide you a preview for your card so you can see how it will print. You will see this option as you personalize your card. A. A 'save-for-later' feature is not yet available for JustWrongGreetings. A. Yes. We'll send you an email confirmation when your order is received and is in production. You will receive a second email confirmation when your order leaves our facility. For boxed orders being shipped via an express method, the email will have your tracking number so you will be able to monitor the progress of your delivery. With a JustWrongGreetings account, you may check the status of your orders online.

Rest assured that the information you provide is safeguarded. The parent company of JustWrongGreetings, Vash Designs, Inc. (“Vash Designs”) is committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We recognize that it is vitally important to act responsibly with your information. JustWrongGreetings does not sell or trade e-mail lists and JustWrongGreetings keeps your credit card information, personal profile information, address lists and uploaded images private and protected. At JustWrongGreetings, we have taken several steps to ensure that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. One of those steps is telling you what information we collect, how we collect it, and how you can be removed from our mailing lists. Please read the following policy to understand how any information you provide to us is maintained and used as you make your purchases. This privacy policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically. When you shop on our site, your computer and our server send data back and forth in encrypted format that ensures the safety and security of your information. When you create your Profile, Address Book and/or Calendar System, your information is stored on a secured server that is not accessible to anyone else via the Internet. JustWrongGreetings will not disclose your personal information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of JustWrongGreetings; (3) enforce the JustWrongGreetings Terms and Conditions of Use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others. If you come to JustWrongGreetings from a partner web site, make a purchase on JustWrongGreetings, and “opt-in” to receive information from that partner, we may share your name, address, and email address with that partner. If the partner is a gift card retailer, we may also share the value of the gift card purchased.
At JustWrongGreetings, we collect: When you make your first purchase, you provide us your name and mailing addresses. Your e-mail address is used to verify your identity next time you come to our site, to confirm or otherwise update you about your order, to verify your credit billing information and, if you allow, to further communicate with you about our upcoming products, services and programs. They are not used for any other purpose. You will receive special offers via e-mail from JustWrongGreetings or JustWrongGreetings business partners only if you have indicated so in your profile. If you should choose in the future not to receive these special offers, you may contact JustWrongGreetings to stop receiving the e-mails. You can always update or delete information in your personal profile. Simply click on “My Account” at the top of most JustWrongGreetings web pages. Your Address Book is yours and yours alone. The addresses are used solely for printing envelopes and mailing per your instructions. Your Address Book addresses also are stored for your future use only. Your account is password protected. See “Ways you can Help Keep your Information Private and Secure” below. JustWrongGreetings data centers are located in highly secure facilities used by many other major websites. JustWrongGreetings data servers communicate using a private network behind a “firewall” that prevents any unauthorized access to our computers and servers. JustWrongGreetings in no way monitors, edits, or otherwise controls the content incorporated in cards produced using the “Custom Photo Upload” website section. However, JustWrongGreetings can make relatively minor “touch-up” corrections for quality control purposes only and allow the customer to select a JustWrongGreetings border specifically offered for use in the right hand columns of the section. Also, JustWrongGreetings does not monitor, edit, review or otherwise control any customer created text in any of the cards, invitations, or announcements. JustWrongGreetings is not liable for text typos, spelling errors, mailing address inaccuracies or incomplete mailing addresses that are submitted by the customer. The content of each card is stored in a database until the order is printed and confirmed as accepted for delivery by the United States Postal Service or other reliable carrier, such as FedEx or UPS, that JustWrongGreetings may use. Afterwards, most computer records of that card content are deleted, but the “Previous Orders” section of “My Resources” will retain it for your future reference. Protecting your order information is our priority. Anytime we ask for credit card information, we transmit that information in an encrypted format using the industry-leading standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than JustWrongGreetings. To check the security of that information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see the unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http” to “https.” Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication via secure servers. In that case, you’ll be unable to connect to the server, which means you won’t be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please e-mail us at info@JustWrongGreetings.com. To further protect your information, JustWrongGreetings does not store credit card information on its servers without your consent. We disclose your information to no third parties except to accomplish normal credit card and other similar payments, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Unless you say so, we use your information solely to fulfill your order, provide you our Address Book and Reminder Services, transact your purchase, and help us improve our website and product offering to you. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, JustWrongGreetings reserves the right to cooperate with local, state and federal officials in any investigation relating to any purported illegal activity(ies) and, when required by law, regulation, legal process or government requests, to disclose any personal information furnished by you or collected by JustWrongGreetings to law enforcement authorities or other relevant or related third parties. The most important step in maintaining your privacy is to secure your password. Choose a password that someone you know cannot easily guess (do not use friend or relative’s name, other names related to you, or simple words out of a dictionary.) Change your password immediately if you suspect someone has been accessing your account or profile without your permission.
